Staying up until the sun rises again sounds like a good idea when you're young. I remember the first time I stayed up all night; I had the most enlightening and life-changing conversation with my friends at a high school sleepover. Everything was going great until I had to go to SAT prep a couple of hours later. 0/10 would recommend sitting in the parking lot and fighting with your mom, begging to skip SAT prep because you haven't slept for 24 hours.

In my opinion, if you're going to stay up until 6 or 7 AM, it better be for some incredibly compelling conversation. No party on earth gets particularly good at 5 AM. You are not going to learn a single thing from studying all night long. If I'm awake at 5 AM, you better believe it's because I'm gossiping, having a life-affirming revelation brought on by conversation, and I don't have any obligations that day until at least 1 PM. That's how you do all-nighters right.
